The triptych symbolises the stages of a woman’s inner development. According to ancient sources, to fully realise her potential, a woman embarks on a transformative journey. Initially, she must choose to leave the familiar, safe and comfortable behind- stepping away from her known environment. Submerging herself in the currents of the unknown, she confronts feelings of instability, vulnerability, risk, and solitude. These experiences serve as catalysts for higher understanding and trust in greater energies. Along this path, she learns to release attachments, embrace love, follow intuition, assert her truth and cultivate courage and self-sufficiency. Ultimately, this journey unlocks her access to the daytime wisdom of the ‘Mother of all things’
The first painting ” El Salto” represents the initial stage that involves nurturing the concept of ‘leaving home”. It begins with a faint instinct and subconscious desire for something more, eventually transforming into a readiness for change and culminating in a bold leap into the unknown.
